Cold plunge therapy gives your tired muscles a boost, burns calories, reduces swelling, and relieves sports injuries and chronic pain. The combination of hot and cold stimulates your lymphatic system to peak performance and improves your overall immune response.

WHAT TO EXPECT WITH PAUSE CONTRAST THERAPY
Hot and cold contrast therapy services may sound intimidating but the positive benefits for your body—including an incredible burst of energy and tension relief—make every minute worth it.

Here's how the process works:
HOT - Enjoy nine minutes in one of our relaxing, full-spectrum infrared saunas, where you'll get the benefits of heat all the way down to the cellular level
COLD - Restore your blood flow with cryotherapy as you plunge into the sanitary, refreshing 60-degree ice water for three minutes
REST - Now take three minutes to relax as your body eases into homeostasis
REPEAT

We recommend a 60-minute session for maximum benefits, allowing you to cycle between hot and cold four times. Each time, the results are more profound. However, if you want to start small or are short on time, we also offer a 30-minute contrast therapy appointment, giving you enough time to complete the hot-cold cycle twice.
