Join us in our exciting Summer Youth Speed + Strength Program here at RTC Fitness. Take the opportunity to get better this summer with an hour and half of speed drills, plyometric training, strength training. This package includes an addition 7.5+ hours a week of sport specific programming for your athlete that is accessible during our open gym hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
